Troy Otero is a fourth generation Contractor, who started
working as a very young man in his great-grandfather’s cabinet shop.
Troy has 24 years of experience in residential, industrial and
commercial contracting and has worked in every aspect of the building
process to include concrete, mechanical, plumbing, framing, finish
carpentry, metal framing, steel erection, roofing, drywall, exterior
finishes, utilities, demolition, equipment operator and dirtwork. |

Troy began Groundhog Excavating, Inc in 1996 with one
backhoe. He has since grown the corporation to a sustainable,
dependable contracting firm capable of handeling large projects.
Groundhog Excavating, Inc. enjoys an impeccable reputation in
Albuquerque and the state of New Mexico.

Troy is a member of ABC, ASA and EAGA. He is a
committed community volunteer who devotes time and resources to the
Albuquerque Rescue Mission and organizations who help children with
cancer.
